Greg MacPherson is an expert on information technology security. Greg has worked in the industry for twenty-five years. After receiving his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Greg worked as a full time employee, consulted with numerous companies, developing software for mainframe and personal computers, and started and ran several successful small business ventures. Greg has been associated with and has worked closely with the computer security community since 1994. In his current position, Greg provides advice and guidance on IT issues, performs IT security planning, coordinates, implements security solutions, manages firewalls, provides assessment and oversight of security, and identifies and resolves IT threats and vulnerabilities. Greg occasionally conducts training sessions in the public and private sectors.
